Return & Refund Policy
All Studio LiAns fine art prints are made to order and custom produced specifically for each purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer preference issues once an order has entered production.
If your print arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at l@liansjadan.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the print, packaging, and any visible damage
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Claims involving shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items should be reported promptly so we can evaluate the issue and work with our production and fulfillment partner to resolve it.
Do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as photographs or return of the packaging may be required.
Returns
Because each artwork is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept standard returns.
If we determine that a return is required because of a verified defect, damage, or fulfillment error, we will provide instructions regarding the return process. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, artwork selections, or buyer preference. Please review your artwork and selected size carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
If you need to request a change immediately after ordering, contact l@liansjadan.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when we determine that a replacement or other resolution is not appropriate for a verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise improperly fulfilled order.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union Orders
If Studio LiAns later offers shipping to countries where mandatory consumer cancellation or return rights apply, those statutory rights will apply where required by law. Certain made-to-order or customized goods may be exempt from standard cancellation rights under applicable law.
