These Terms of Service govern purchases made through Studio LiAns and use of this website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below, along with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on this website.

Products

Studio LiAns offers fine-art photographic prints created by LiAns JadAn.

Each print is produced to order using professional fine-art printing materials and production methods. Product specifications, including available sizes, paper, borders, and other presentation details, are listed on the applicable product page.

Because every print is produced specifically for the customer, orders are considered custom, made-to-order products.

Image and Color Representation

We make every effort to display artwork accurately. However, colors, brightness, contrast, and appearance may vary slightly between computer screens, mobile devices, and the finished physical print.

Minor variations between the digital preview and finished artwork are not considered defects.

Room and framing images shown on product pages may be used for visualization purposes and may not represent exact scale, framing, matting, or installation unless specifically stated.

Ordering

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected artwork, size, shipping address, and other order information before completing checkout.

Orders may enter production shortly after being placed. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Studio LiAns reserves the right to change product prices, available sizes, materials, promotions, and other product offerings at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated during checkout when required.

Fulfillment

Studio LiAns works with a professional third-party fine-art production and fulfillment partner to produce and ship orders.

By purchasing from Studio LiAns, you acknowledge that your order information may be provided to our fulfillment partner as necessary to manufacture and deliver your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Because our fine-art prints are made to order, all sales are final except in cases involving verified damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect production, or fulfillment errors.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, artwork, images, text, graphics, branding, logos, and other creative content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork purchased from Studio LiAns is for personal display or collection unless separate written licensing permission has been granted.

No photograph or artwork may be copied, reproduced, scanned, photographed for reproduction, commercially distributed, modified, published, licensed, or otherwise exploited without prior written authorization from Studio LiAns or LiAns JadAn.

Unauthorized Use

You may not use this website or its content for unlawful purposes or in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual-property or other rights of Studio LiAns or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio LiAns is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Studio LiAns may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version displayed on this website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
