Final Notice by LiAns JadAn concludes Dictation, a cinematic photographic story about power, desire, secrecy, and revenge.

Dressed in brilliant red, the secretary turns away from the viewer while concealing a revolver behind her back. Her posture is composed and deliberate. There is no panic and no uncertainty—only the suggestion that a decision has already been made.

Throughout Dictation, she has typed his words, answered his telephone, responded to his attention, entered his private world, and eventually discovered that the intimacy he offered may have been part of a larger pattern.

In Final Notice, the hierarchy is inverted.

The secretary who began the story taking dictation is no longer recording someone else's decisions. She has become the author of the ending.
