Terms of Employment by LiAns JadAn is the eighth chapter in Dictation, a cinematic photographic story about power, desire, secrecy, and revenge.

The secretary and her employer are drawn into the same frame, their proximity making the shift from professional hierarchy to personal intimacy unmistakable. His presence fills the space behind her while her expression remains controlled, creating an image charged with attraction, tension, and an unequal balance of power.

Within Dictation, Terms of Employment is where the professional boundary has fully collapsed. What began as authority and attention has become an affair shaped by the imbalance between them, setting the stage for the betrayal and reckoning still to come.
